Well, as many of you guys might know, I have recently been away from my computer because I have been quite busy with our FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) competition and have not had much time to get on.

Our award ceremony was on Wednesday January 26, 2011 and it was a great ceremony, i had lots of fun, and I learned many things from it that I really do want to share with all of you. Well, whoever is reading…

As I walked into North Forsyth High School for the competition, I walked in with this attitude of “her I’m the best”, which no one seemed to care about..and that is what I am here to talk about.

If anything at all, in this meeting I learned that everyone is the same inside and out. When I was in the workshops everyone treated me the same as everyone else and I got to see many things that I had not realized before. Like, the way people look. There were many different types of people there. White, Black, Hispanic, tall, short, chubby, skinny, freckles, red heads..everything. When the ceremony took place, it seemed as if everyone had come together as one. Everyone spoke to, helped, and liked each other..which seemed odd to me because in other competitions I’ve been in like cheerleading..there is much drama and hatred between the teams.

I may ave said this before, and it is all because I want to impress people, but this time I am very sincere and honest. If you would like to join a club filled with excitement, competitions, and most of all, integrity..please join FBLA.
